- Fees paid are not refundable unless the enrolled course is full, cancelled or in exceptional circumstance deemed acceptable by the Association. The Association will transfer the refund to the bank accounts of the applicant concerned.
- Receipts will be issued in electronic format only.
- The Association reserves the right to cancel a course if enrollment is insufficient and make alterations regarding instructors, class locations, class schedules and the course content if necessary.
- As a general rule, classes will be cancelled when the Hong Kong Observatory advises that a Storm Warning Signal No. 8 or above is expected to be issued within two hours.
